The project from planning up to implementation shall involve careful and thorough consultations. This is important to ensure that all collaborating agencies participate actively, and are able to anticipate and perform responsibilities proactively.

 

There are stages involved:

 

1. Social Preparation: which includes initial exploration, actual site visits, and personal identification of responsible parties. Period covered: 30 days (done).

 

2. Initial planning and defining of agency roles and responsibilities. Period covered: 30 days (done)

 

3. Securing Passports and US Visas. Period covered: on-going

 

4. Identification of Venues, and schedules and necessary permits. Period covered: 60 days, preliminaries on-going

 

5. Identification of travel agency. Period covered: 7 days, to be done

 

6. Identification of Printing Press & printing of Tickets. Period covered: 30 days, to be done

 

7. Identification of US family volunteers for board & lodging: Period: 30 days

 

8.. Identification of ticket outlets.

 

9. Creation of Standing Committees. Period: 7 days
